By accessing and using the Trivogue online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

You agree to use the Trivogue website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
5. Store Credit Policy
Trivogue does not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns. Instead, we provide store credit equivalent to the purchase price (excluding shipping costs), valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Shipping and Returns

7. Intellectual Property
