Trivogue Online Store – Return Policy (NZ)
At Trivogue, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Change of Mind Returns
• We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags and packaging intact.
• Store Credit Only: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns. Instead, you will receive a store credit equal to the purchase price (excluding shipping costs), valid for 12 months.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the fault is minor, we may choose to repair, replace, or offer store credit. If the fault is major, you can choose a replacement or a full refund.

To initiate a return:
• Contact us at support@trivogue.co.nz within the return period.
• Provide your order number and reason for return.
• We will guide you through the return process.
4. Exclusions
• Items marked as final sale or custom-made cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Returns that do not meet our policy conditions may not be accepted.
